New City Bus Service Amazes Citizens

Several unusual objects wended their way from the city limits to downtown and back again in Logjam, Kentucky, and we're not talking about Billy "Bourbon Bottles" Blanigan and his crowd. The objects are municipal buses, a new form of public transportation invented right here in ^C1 by Jebidiah Linkspit, already famed for his discovery of left-handedness in mosquito larvae.

"It came to me like a bolt from the heavens," said Linkspit. "Those thirty-foot long coaches that I'd been trying to propel by planetary alignment would work so much better with diesel-burning internal combustion engines. It's a gimme," he proudly declared.
