City Trembles As Commissioner's Agreement Fails

^C1 was rocked (there was no concomitant roll) by the news that the contract between ^P1 and ^P2 (exchanging ^01 for ^02) was put asunder, after revelations that ^P1 had been spending city money to support an illicit comic book collection, a charge immediately rebutted by the Commissioner's office.

"I might have a Spider Guy or two in the cellar, but that's nothing," ^P1 said. "Just a week ago today, I saw ^P2 sending the city hall elevator up and down, up and down, making it stop at all floors just because he thought it was funny. Now that's a scandal!"
