Report Blasts ^C1

A report issued today by the Industrial Relations Board rated ^C1 "near the bottom" of overall industrial development. Without a seaport, the report said, ^C1 is doomed, not only to remain behind, but fall farther behind other cities of comparable size. City Council members debated the report for several hours before accepting the findings. When the dust settled, a resolution was passed to petition the City Commissioner's for construction of a seaport.
