An array of photo-voltaic cells in Woodlee, Indiana, came to life at dawn, propelling one of the world's loveliest cities into the forefront of power-generation technology. Collection devices developed by Scusi Mi Dispiaci SpA captured the rays of the morning sun, and provided power to the entire city.

"The plans for this technique are open for the world," Company president Roberto Spozonozo said in a prepared statement. "Anywhere the sun shines, there can be power. And with a little bread, some olive oil, maybe a glass of chianti, life can be much better for everyone." The National Bread, Olive Oil and Chianti Advisory Board assured anxious consumers that federal standards met, and in many cases surpassed, most international agreements.
